Marlies de Wilde Joins Odido’s Supervisory Board
Effective August 1, 2024, Marlies de Wilde has joined the Supervisory Board of Odido Netherlands. De Wilde carries out this role alongside her position as General Director at investment firm Warburg Pincus B.V.
Proven Track Record.
De Wilde has an established track record in legal restructuring, governance, and corporate affairs, with a strong focus on ethics and compliance. Previously, she served as a notary at the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. In addition to De Wilde, the Odido Supervisory Board includes chairman Olaf Swantee, Johan Andsjo, Svenja de Vos, Gabriele Cipparrone, Gonzague de Lhoneux, Max Fowinkel, and Isabel Moll. De Wilde is succeeding Guido Nieuwenhuizen.
