Odido appoints Thomas Crewe and Hans Ploos van Amstel as members of its Supervisory Board

Odido has implemented two changes to its Supervisory Board. Thomas Crewe joined the Supervisory Board as of 23 January 2026, succeeding Gonzague de Lhoneux, who stepped down. In addition, the Board was expanded on 1 February 2026 with the appointment of Hans Ploos van Amstel as chair audit committee. 

Thomas Crewe is a principal in the Technology team at Apax Partners LLP, where he has been based in London since 2015. Prior to joining Apax, he worked at The Boston Consulting Group. Thomas studied Economics and Management at the University of Oxford and earned an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Hans Ploos van Amstel brings extensive international experience as a chief financial officer across both public and private organizations. He currently serves as executive chairman of the board of directors at Recover, a sustainable textiles company. Previously, he held CFO positions at Partners Group, Adecco Group and COFRA Group, and served as global CFO of Levi Strauss & Co., following senior finance roles at Procter & Gamble.

With these appointments, Odido strengthens its Supervisory Board with additional expertise in technology, international financial leadership and corporate governance, supporting the company’s continued development and strategic direction.
