Odido intends to further strengthen its market position

Odido Netherlands (“Odido” or “the Company”) provides mobile and fixed line communication services, both to consumers and businesses, including internet, television and telephony through a combination of own and third party infrastructure.

As the largest postpaid B2C mobile operator in the Netherlands in 2024, the Company offers its services under three different brands. The headline premium brand, Odido, serves both individual consumers and business customers. Odido’s versatile mobile offering means that the customer has a range of data options to choose from at varying prices, catering to their needs. In the consumer budget segment, Odido is active with both its Ben brand – providing straightforward quality for price-conscious customers – and Simpel, which serves its customers exclusively online.

Odido announces that the Company and its shareholders are currently exploring various strategic options to support Odido’s ongoing growth journey. An IPO is one of the possible strategic options which could include an equity raise. However, no firm decisions have been made at this stage.
