Odido offers free calls and text messages to and from Venezuela

The devastating double earthquake in Venezuela has had a profound impact on millions of people. To help our customers stay in touch with their family and friends, Odido is temporarily offering free calls and text messages to and from Venezuela.

This arrangement applies to all consumer and business customers of Odido, Ben and Simpel for calls and text messages to and from Venezuela made between 25 June and 31 July 2026.

Customers who incur charges for calls or text messages to or from Venezuela during this period can contact our Customer Service team to make use of this temporary arrangement. The charges will then be credited retrospectively as a gesture of goodwill for customers of Odido, Ben and Simpel.

Through this initiative, Odido aims to support people in staying connected with their family and friends during this difficult and uncertain time.
