Odido recognized as Top Employer for third consecutive year

For the third consecutive year, Odido has been honored with the “Top Employer” title by the globally renowned Top Employers Institute. The recognition reflects Odido's ongoing commitment and ambitions to be a good employer. This year’s recognition underscores the company’s efforts and investments in employee well-being, which resulted in the high score.

New employer brand
Following the launch of Odido in 2023, establishing the company as an attractive employer brand became a key priority. This year's Top Employer survey proves Odido’s success in this mission. For the third consecutive year, Odido has earned the Top Employer title, marking a significant milestone. Additionally, with the rising scores Odido also surpassed the market average for the first time.

Additional progress was made in areas such as well-being, according to the study. Moreover, the Top Employer Institute praised Odido’s exceptional performance in the area of ‘onboarding’. The report also recognized the company’s effective methods for measuring progression and implementing continuous improvements.
