Odido takes next step in growth transformation and adds new board position
New board position boosts customer champion ambition
In its mission to keep technology human and becoming the undisputed Customer Champion, Odido will be adding the new role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) to its Executive Committee (ExCo). By putting the consumer first in all its business activities, including the company’s top structure, Odido envisages creating a leading and unprecedented customer experience across all its customer journeys. As of 1 December, Francoise Clemes joins Odido Netherlands as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Along with this new board function, Odido will be making other changes to the company’s top structure that will come into effect on 1 February 2024. Odido has restructured its B2B and B2C activities and is introducing a new Mass Market department, led by Chief Commercial Officer Mass Market Tisha van Lammeren, who will be focusing on driving convergence and growth on all mass-market products such as broadband and mobile. She remains responsible for the Odido brand and will be driving all marketing and sales for both consumers and small enterprises.
Besides this, a redefined B2B department will be focusing on driving non-mass market B2B growth through customized solutions for strategic customers. In line with the company’s mission, this will be driven from a compact team that is closer to the customer, allowing for an even better response to specific customer needs. The change marks a new chapter for Odido's business operations. Therefore, to pave the way, Léon Toet (currently Chief Commercial Officer Business) will leave the company as of 1 February. The redesigned, more focused, B2B organization will be headed by the newly appointed Chief Commercial Officer Enterprise Martijn Teekens (former Director B2B Sales).
Also, in the renewed more customer-centric organisation, Odido's Strategy & Transformation activities will be driven from the respective business units, closer to the customer. Pieter de Klein (currently Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer) will therefore step down as of 1 February 2024.
