Tweak to continue as Odido

Early 2024, internet service provider Tweak will end their activities and operations will continue as Odido. This marks the end of Tweak's existence as an independent Internet Service Provider (ISP) in the Dutch market for over 20 years. Existing customers will be transferred to Odido. Each of them will be informed in good time about the time of the transfer and what it means for them. New customers can buy fiber internet directly from Odido as from today. Odido will be the largest provider of 100% fiber internet in the Netherlands and believes that every Dutch person should have access to fast mobile and fixed internet. The provider is on track to offer internet and TV services via fiber to more than 6 million households.

Tweak provided internet access since 2002 and was known as an innovative internet provider aiming to make affordable gigabit internet available to as many people as possible. The company introduced this back in the days of ADSL and Unlimited Freedom and wanted customers to enjoy internet without restrictions. Tweak introduced fiber-optic internet back in 2007 and was the first internet provider to offer internet speeds of 1Gb/s.

Odido is also known as a company that supports new developments and dares to innovate. Odido was the first provider to introduce Unlimited mobile subscriptions and it they were an important driver of the fiber optic roll-out in the Netherlands. By adopting a model based on wholesale access using the networks of several major network owners, Odido fiber internet is now available on all major fiber networks in the Netherlands, including the networks of Open Dutch Fiber, DELTA Fiber and KPN. This puts Odido on track to become the largest provider of 100% fiber internet in the Netherlands.

Sharp offer for Tweak customers
By Tweak’s migration to Odido's internet services, Tweak subscribers can benefit from multiple advantages including updated TV services. Subscribers who combine their mobile subscription with an Odido internet + TV subscription, can enjoy Odido customer benefits such as discounts on mobile or fixed subscriptions immediately after the conversion. In the coming months, current Tweak subscribers will receive competitive fiber and TV offers from Odido. Each customer will be informed when they can switch from Tweak to Odido.
